These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of creationmatrixsolutions.com (the "Site"), operated by Creation Matrix Solutions LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms.

About the Company and This Site

Creation Matrix Solutions LLC is an operating company providing workforce capability consulting and digital capability systems for regulated industries. The Company also operates Aptivance (aptivance.ai), an AI career platform, as a product of Creation Matrix Solutions.

Creation Matrix Solutions LLC sells professional services and, when available, digital products through this Site. Consulting and implementation engagements are governed by an executed services agreement between the Company and the client; these Terms govern use of the Site itself. Purchases made through Aptivance are governed by the Aptivance terms at aptivance.ai/legal.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Creation Matrix Solutions LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are addressed in our Refund Policy. Consulting and implementation engagements are governed by the executed services agreement for that engagement. Aptivance purchases are governed by the Aptivance Refund Policy at aptivance.ai.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creation Matrix Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed $100. Liability arising under an executed services agreement is governed by that agreement, not these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

User Responsibilities

By using this Site, you agree not to engage in any unlawful activity, transmit harmful or offensive content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, or violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Payment Disputes

If you believe an unauthorized charge has occurred in connection with Creation Matrix Solutions or Aptivance, contact us immediately at info@creationmatrixsolutions.com. We will work with the payment processor to investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
