How We Work
How engagements work
Every engagement starts by establishing what the evidence actually shows, not by installing a framework. What that produces is scoped and agreed before the work begins, and every phase ends in a deliverable your team keeps.
Starting an engagement
How engagements begin.
Evidence before opinions.
Every engagement begins with a conversation and a scoped proposal. You will know what the work covers, what it produces, and what it costs before anything starts.
An easy first step is a scoped assessment: a defined, bounded look at your program that produces findings you keep either way. It answers the question "how bad is it?" with evidence, and gives both of us an honest basis for deciding what comes next.
The first 30 days
The first 30 days are about evidence, not opinions.
Before anything gets rebuilt, we establish what is actually true about your program - the same way an investigator would.
Discovery
Review the program the way an auditor reads it: procedures, training records, qualification evidence, and the deviations that keep tracing back to personnel.
Gap assessment
Map where the program claims competence but can only prove attendance. Every gap is documented with the specific risk it creates for your next inspection.
Remediation plan
A sequenced, scoped plan you can defend to your leadership and your auditors - what gets fixed, in what order, and what evidence will exist when it is done.
Onsite & remote
Onsite wherever the work is.
Onsite wherever the work is - discovery, floor time, process capture - US or international. Onsite and remote are equal modes chosen by the work, not by preference: qualification paths get designed on the floor where the tasks live, and content production runs remotely at production speed. The engagement uses each mode where it earns its place.
Why the work moves fast
AI across the training development lifecycle - as speed, not spectacle.
The rigor is human: standards, verification, and judgment built over twenty years in regulated operations. AI is integrated into the production work around it - drafting, converting, structuring, and documenting - which is why deliverables arrive in weeks, not quarters, without a large team behind them.
- SOP-to-training conversion at production speed
- Qualification documentation drafted, structured, and version-controlled fast
- Assessment and verification materials built alongside the content, not after it
- Every output reviewed and owned by a human who has to defend it in an audit
Working with us
What working with us is like.
Direct communication
You talk to the people doing the work. Questions get answers, not account management. If something is off track, you hear it from us first, plainly.
24-hour response
Messages get a reply within 24 hours. Regulated timelines do not wait, and neither should your consultant.
Everything is a deliverable
Every phase produces something you keep: an assessment, a plan, a system, a record structure. No engagement ends with a slide deck and a handshake.
An easy first step: a scoped assessment.
Bounded, defined, and evidence-first - with findings you keep either way. Response within 24 hours.
