Refund Policy

Creation Matrix Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our") sells professional services and digital products. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for each category.

Lane 1Consulting and Implementation Services

Consulting and implementation engagements are governed by the executed services agreement for that engagement, not this policy. Payment terms, cancellation, and any refund provisions are defined in that agreement.

Lane 2Creation Matrix Solutions Digital Products

This section applies to digital products sold by Creation Matrix Solutions LLC through this site, when available.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final upon delivery or access being granted. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• The digital product was not delivered or access was not granted after payment;
• The product delivered materially differs from what was described at the time of purchase; or
• A technical error on our part prevented you from accessing or using the product.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after 7 days will be reviewed at our discretion.

Generally not eligible for refunds: digital products that have been downloaded, accessed, or used; custom or personalized digital work that has been delivered; and services that have been fully rendered.

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider.

Lane 3Aptivance

Purchases made through Aptivance (aptivance.ai) are governed by the Aptivance Refund Policy, available at aptivance.ai/legal.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at info@creationmatrixsolutions.com with your name, order details, date of purchase, and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 5 business days.
