The situation

The best knowledge in the facility is in the hands of people who will retire, rotate, or leave - and it exists nowhere else. The senior operator who can feel when the equipment is about to drift. The technician who knows why the workaround in step twelve exists and what happens without it. The procedures capture what must be done; the judgment that makes it work lives in a few heads, and every departure takes a piece of it permanently.

Facilities usually discover the size of this problem at the exit interview, which is the one moment it can no longer be fixed. The knowledge that took twenty years to build cannot be reconstructed from documents, because it was never in the documents.

What we deliver

Onsite process video capture. This is one of the trips we travel for - US or international. We film the actual work, on your actual floor, performed by the people who do it best: full task sequences, critical technique, the details a written step compresses into a single verb. Capture is planned against the procedures so the footage maps to the steps operators will be trained on.

Edited, structured training video tied to procedure steps. Raw footage is not training. We cut capture into structured segments aligned to the procedure - each critical step visible, narrated, and referenced - so video becomes a first-class training artifact inside the qualification path, not a file someone watches once.

Visual work instructions from captured footage. Frame captures and annotated stills become visual work instructions for the floor: the step, shown, at the point of use. For tasks where a photograph settles what a paragraph argues about, this is the format that ends the ambiguity.

Knowledge-capture interviews with senior operators. Structured interviews draw out what the veterans actually know - the failure modes, the early warnings, the reasons behind the steps - and turn it into verified training content before it walks out the door. Tribal knowledge becomes institutional knowledge with a review trail.

The production stance

Equipment and process visuals come exclusively from real client footage and photos - never AI-imagined equipment, never a fabricated floor. AI accelerates the editing and production pipeline: cutting, structuring, captioning, formatting. It does not invent a single frame of your process. In a regulated environment, training visuals are evidence of what correct performance looks like; they have to be real.

What changes

The retirement on next year’s calendar stops being a knowledge-loss event. New hires learn critical technique from the best performer the facility ever had, long after that person is gone. And the gap between what the procedure says and what mastery looks like - the gap every floor knows about and no document closes - finally has a training artifact that spans it.
