Overview

Creation Matrix Solutions, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is a holding and development company. Digital products, services, and platform access sold through our associated initiatives are processed through designated external platforms. This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through those platforms and any direct transactions with Creation Matrix Solutions.

Digital Products and Services

Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are generally considered final upon delivery or access being granted. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility for a Refund

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances: the digital product or service was not delivered or access was not granted after payment; the product or service delivered materially differs from what was described at the time of purchase; or a technical error on our part prevented you from accessing or using the product or service.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after 7 days will be reviewed at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds: digital products that have been downloaded, accessed, or used; subscription services after the billing cycle has renewed; custom or personalized digital work that has been delivered; or services that have been fully rendered.

Cancellations

For subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription term unless required by applicable law.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
